The manager can ask for more payment from the client to complete the requirements provided. This helps in maintaining the financial balance of the company in the market. The extra effort of the junior developer will be beneficial, as he would be paid extra for the work. 7.As mentioned earlier the manager can use various steps to handle the situation in order to keep positive behavior in the work environment. The manager can encourage the junior developer for completing the project on time. This provides confidence to the junior developer regarding his work in the company (Mintz, 2016). The manager can provide him an extra amount of payment for the extra work done by him. This helps in providing financial support to the junior developer. The manager can provide him backup from other employees that might help him in completing the project within deadline (Bell, 2014). This can be further illustrated in form of motivation of the developer to perform his duties properly in the company that helps in the development of the company in the market. 8.From the above options, an extra payment t the developer is the best option for solving these issues in the company. As the junior developer has accepted to make changes according to the requirement of client, he needs to be paid extra for it. This will increase the confidence and motivate him for completing the project within deadline. On the other hand, an extra payment for it might causes loss for the company. The company might not get profit from the project provided by the client. The company might look for an alternative for the above in which there is no extra payment for the project.
